1.If a foreign spouse is pregnant before she joins the national health insurance, she can apply for the prenatal care subsidy slip from the District Health Center and uses it for examination at the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital she chooses.
2.She is entitled to get a NT$ 600 prenatal care subsidy for five times at maximum for each child birth. There is no limit to the number of births. After she joins the national health insurance, the rules shall prevail.
